Southern charm. Headliner timing.
Twelve years on stage, more than 800 live audiences, and a voice that makes a conference ballroom feel like the best night out in town.
Fluent in Sophisticated Southern
Nashville native Tim Palmer didn't just grow up in the South. He mastered the fine art of speaking Sophisticated Southern, a dialect where stories get better with every telling and manners do most of the heavy lifting.
For more than twelve years he has performed across the country at national corporate conferences, leadership retreats, training seminars, nonprofit fundraisers, church conferences, theaters and comedy clubs. That adds up to more than 800 live audience appearances.
Along the way he has been recognized nationally as a top corporate comedian, as a top Nashville comedian and as the most booked comedian for one of the leading booking companies.
Before comedy, Tim earned a business degree from the University of Tennessee and held leadership roles with multiple large companies. He has sat through the meetings, managed the teams and lived the workplace moments he now turns into laughter, which is why corporate audiences feel like he is one of them.
Tim never brings the same routine to every stage. He reads the room, respects the event and gives each audience a show they can enjoy together.
You can say just about anything to anybody, as long as you follow it with a sweet and smiling "bless your heart."The first rule of Sophisticated Southern

It isn't really a compliment.
When someone says "you're sooo handsome," it isn't really a compliment. Tim's self-deprecating, story-driven special brings that phrase to life. Who do you know who is "sooo handsome"?
